My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Tonya! She was an absolute dream come true after two not-so-great relator experiences. We are first time homebuyers and wanted to take our time, find a home that suited us and not feel pressure from a relator in this crazy market environment. Jennifer and I really appreciate the Tonya. She’s has gone above and beyond many times to help us in our real estate needs. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and the community that she works in. She did a great job finding a location for our first business. She went out of her way to help us in the rezoning process. Her strong relationships in the community helped us network with the city Council. On our second location we bought from her, again she went out of her way Sharing her network of relationships to support our upgrades and changes that we wanted to make to our new property. She’s a great realtor and Jennifer and I look at her as a family friend.

Tonya gets it done! We met with Tonya to see if she could help us find a house and 48 hours later we had one under contract. A huge feat considering the intense competition for the small inventory of homes for sale! Tonya then walked us through the buying process, while arranging not only the inspection, but other professional consultations and follow up repairs. THEN she met them for us, as we were not in town. She was our "boots on the ground," identifying people to help with various needs and managing herself, e.g. taking measurements. We placed a lot of confidence in Tonya and she did not disappoint. Should we find ourselves in the market for a new home again, we would absolutely see her out!
